About the Interdisciplinary Research Network “Collections of the Austro-Hungarian Navy”

In December 2024, the workshop "Provenance research with a focus on collections of the Imperial Navy of Austria-Hungary" at the Weltmuseum Wien brought together curators, provenance researchers and naval historians who study the collections, expeditions and legacy of the Habsburg naval power. During this workshop, the idea arose to form an informal interdisciplinary research network for all interested parties.
